marking the seventh year of the Michelin Guide in Taiwan.
The grand event bestowed a sense of honor upon the chefs.
The mission of the Michelin Guide is:
• To encourage customers to better appreciate the creative visions of chefs.
• To become a driving force for international tourists to visit Taiwan.
• To attract top culinary talent to Taiwan.
From road to table, from farm to plate.
Tea not only enhances the flavors of the dishes
but also serves as the perfect pause and conclusion to the dining experience.
I look forward to seeing more restaurants incorporate
Taiwanese Oolong tea in the future.
