Roasted Oolong Tea

oxidation,pan firing, rolling, kneading, drying, and roasting.
Introduction:
This tea is grown in the tea region in Central Taiwan Nantou County for its name.
After sufficient oxidation and light roasting process, the tea liquor is dark amber color with rich nuts aroma and full-bodied brew.
