The Details Make a Good Cup of Tea|Creative Living Industry Asia-Pacific Forum

Hello everyone,

I'm Andy, a tea enthusiast.

"If you become nothing, you can become anything and everything."
-Duangrit Bunnag

This was the most memorable quote I heard at the Creative Living Industry Asia-Pacific Forum.

The theme of Yoshantea’s presentation was that the invisible details make the best cup of tea.

From the cultivation of tea trees to production and sales, every step pays attention to detail (especially the unseen ones).

I believe this is what makes a truly great cup of tea.

For example:
• Are the edges of the tea leaves neatly arranged during withering?
• Is the lubricant used in the factory equipment food-grade?
• Do the frontline tea production workers understand the importance of food safety?
• Can a novice easily distinguish between different types of tea from the packaging?
• Can the consumer feel the sincerity when they open the packaging?

When looked at individually,

these details may seem trivial.

But when accumulated, they define the essence of a good cup of tea.

A brand is not something that starts; it is the result of accumulated actions.

Whether the tea tastes good is a subjective feeling of the consumer.

Only by combining objective scientific logic with

a touch of artistic experience can we create tea that truly matters to consumers.

On a side note, those who have visited Yoshantea’s Tea Culture House know that

free sanitary products are available in the women's restroom for those in need.

We also offer them in the men's restroom.

We hope that friends who visit us not only enjoy the tea but also feel the thoughtfulness behind Yoshantea.

That's all for today’s sharing.

See you next time.

Andy
