This tea is grown at altitudes of 2400 meters or above in the Li Shan tea region located in Central Taiwan. There, the tea plantations are irrigated year-round by the melting snow that flows down from the mountaintops, and the hours of direct sunlight are few. The tea produced in this environment has a light, elegant flavor. The honey green-gold tea soup gives off an intense flowery fragrance, and the tea has a rich full taste that slides smoothly down the throat, and is the best representation of high mountain tea.
